candle photophore Photophore: the guiding star of Moustiers en Provence
9,00 €
This photophore for scented candles reflects our love for Provence and its many remarkable villages, especially the beautiful Moustiers-Sainte-Marie. This village has a rich history dating back to the 5th century when monks from Lérins, islands off the coast of Cannes, settled there. In the 6th century, they founded a monastery between two rocky peaks.
Moustiers-Sainte-Marie is famous for the legend of a star that shines above it. According to the story, recounted by Frédéric Mistral, a knight named Blacas, while imprisoned during a crusade, vowed to hang a star high in the village to honor Mary if he ever returned home. In our illustration, we have replaced the star with our brand’s symbol. The fireproof paper used in the illustration has openings that light up the windows of the buildings, creating a festive atmosphere for your home.
Fire-resistant paper rated M1.
Important recommendation: Never leave the candle unattended and always ensure the photophore is not in direct contact with the flame.
